Heversham with Milnthorpe Tennis Club

Senior Teams

The Club enters the following teams in the local Kendal & District Tennis League:

• Men’s First in Division I

• Men’s Second in Division I

• Men’s Third in Division III

• Ladies First in Division I

• Ladies Second in Division I

• Mixed First in Division I

• Mixed Second in Division I

The Club also enters a mixed team in the Lancaster & Morecambe Winter Veteran’s League

In 2007 we won the Mixed First Division and our Men's and Ladies first teams were both runners-up.  Both second teams retained their places in the First Divisions.  This was a significant achievement and was due to the depth of good senior players in the Club, ably assisted by several outstanding junior players who have stepped up to challenges of senior doubles play.
